We have contracts with all insurance companies in the Netherlands. Below is a table with the current tariffs for individual treatments for private patients.
Booked appointments must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date by calling 0633214680 / 0685716075 or by email to info@fysiobodybalance.com. For appointments scheduled for Monday, cancellations must be made by 6:00 PM on Friday. After this time, you can leave a voicemail or send an email no later than Sunday. If the appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance, the patient will be charged the cost of the appointment. This amount is non-refundable by health insurance.
