Marta Czaban
Physiotherapist
I am a physiotherapist with experience in women’s health and orthopedic rehabilitation. I focus on supporting women before and after childbirth and helping patients restore strength, balance, and confidence in their bodies.
About Me
I graduated from the Medical University of Lublin and specialize in physiotherapy for women during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. In my practice, I support women dealing with urinary incontinence, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor dysfunctions. I also prepare women and their partners for childbirth and provide education in women’s health. I collaborate with the Polish School of Birth in the Netherlands and I am a certified Low Pressure Fitness instructor.
I also specialize in scar therapy after cesarean section and episiotomy, and in the treatment of various urogynecological conditions. Alongside this, I work in orthopedic rehabilitation, using techniques such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, fascial therapy, kinesiotaping, shockwave therapy, dry needling, electrotherapy, and therapeutic exercise.

My Therapeutic Approach
In my work, I am guided by empathy, respect, and a holistic view of the body. Every person is treated individually, with therapy methods and exercises tailored to their needs, abilities, and health goals. My aim is not only to reduce symptoms, but also to restore confidence, strength, and long-term well-being.
I believe that effective therapy is built on cooperation, trust, and good communication. For this reason, I place strong emphasis on patient education and body awareness. I continually expand my knowledge through professional courses and training in Poland and the Netherlands to ensure my patients receive modern, evidence-based, and effective care.
Beyond the Clinic
Outside of my work, I lead an active lifestyle. I enjoy skiing, swimming, strength training, and regularly practicing yoga and Pilates, which help me maintain balance, energy, and inspiration in both my personal life and professional practice.
