To properly conduct your treatment, the physiotherapist maintains medical records (patient files) containing important and personal data. The registration and processing of this data is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. This Act specifies, among other things, the purpose of data processing, its scope, persons with access to the files, and the patient’s rights to inspect, correct, or delete data. Your files may be accessed by other physiotherapists working in our practice.

All these persons are obligated to maintain full confidentiality and protect patient privacy. You have the right to inspect your medical records. If you believe they contain incorrect or outdated information, you can request their correction or deletion. Your files only contain data necessary for treatment. If your data could be used for scientific purposes, this can only be done anonymously and with your written consent. Your data is not shared with third parties without your written consent, unless required by law.
