Katarzyna Kopczewska

Education and Professional Experience

I graduated from the State Medical University of Applied Sciences in Opole. For several years, I have been working as a physiotherapist, supporting patients in regaining mobility, balance, and well-being. In my work, I combine medical knowledge with an empathetic, holistic approach – I believe that effective therapy is a combination of working with the body, emotions, and breath awareness.

Professional Experience

I gained experience in Poland and the Netherlands, working with orthopedic and neurological patients, as well as those struggling with temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Working with psychosomatic patients is an increasingly important part of my practice, where I focus on balancing tension in the body, teaching conscious breathing, and working with the jaw and face.

Specialized Courses and Training

I constantly expand my knowledge by participating in specialized courses and training, including: in the areas of:

  • Dry needling
  • PENS (Percutaneous Neuromodulation)
  • PNE (Percutaneous Electrolysis)
  • Shockwave Therapy
  • Trigger Point Techniques
  • Kinesiotaping
  • Psychosomatic Therapy
  • Fascial Therapy
  • Yoga in Physiotherapy
  • Breathwork in the therapeutic process
  • Treatment of scars and knee injuries

My Therapeutic Approach

In my work, I am guided by mindfulness, empathy, and an individualized approach to the needs of each patient. The goal of my therapy is not only to reduce pain, but also to restore harmony between body and mind and help regain free, conscious movement.
